Performance Marketing Manager for Google Ads (f/m/d)

Full time or part time

As Performance Marketing Manager for Google Ads (m/f/d) you are the central contact person for our customers when it comes to their Google Ads account. The contact is mostly direct with managing directors of SMEs in face-to-face or digital meetings, as well as by phone and email. You will create and manage existing Google Ads accounts and create/optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to increase our clients' ROIs. As a data strategist and communication talent, you will work with our specialists in design, text & technology to offer customized solutions for our clients. From conception to project completion, you not only have timings and budgets under control, but also your own resources and those of the team.

 

Your tasks:

  • Communication interface and link between customers, partners and in-house specialists
  • Strategic consulting, conception and further development of our customers in online marketing with a focus on Google ADs.
  • Develop, implement & optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Max-Performance, Remarketing, YouTube advertising and Google Shopping.
  • Conducting keyword research, ad creation and campaign optimization to achieve maximum ROIs
  • Preparation of reports on the key performance indicators of the campaigns and derivation of recommendations for action to continuously improve the results.
  • Conducting A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of ad formats, landing pages and targeting strategies.
  • Independent and autonomous planning and management of various customer projects.
  • Ongoing coordination with third-party providers (partner agencies, tool providers, website technicians, etc.)
  • Up- & cross-selling of our services incl. sales target

 

 

Your knowledge and skills:

  • Experience in the development and implementation of performance marketing campaigns.
  • Sound understanding of Google Ads and other relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with our clients but also with the existing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and Several projects at the same time to manage.
  • Passion for digital marketing and the desire to constantly develop and learn new techniques.

Depending on the level, a gross annual salary of EUR 38,500 is envisaged for the advertised position for full-time employment. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a corresponding overpayment is possible.
