As Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you are the central contact person for our customers. Contact is usually made directly with managing directors of SMEs in face-to-face or digital meetings, as well as by telephone and e-mail. You accompany our customers on their path to digital success and are fully responsible for the success of the project. As a data strategist and communication talent, you will work with our specialists in design, text and technology to offer customized solutions for our customers. From conception to project completion, you not only have timings and budgets under control, but also your own resources and those of the team.
Your tasks:
- Communication interface and link between customers, partners and in-house specialists
- Strategic consulting, conception and further development of our customers in online marketing.
- Development, creation and implementation of online marketing concepts with a focus on SEO, SEA & web analytics.
- Independent and autonomous planning and management of various customer projects.
- Ongoing coordination with third-party providers (partner agencies, tool providers, website technicians, etc.)
- Up- & cross-selling of our services incl. sales target
Your knowledge and skills:
- At least 2 years experience in project management in an online marketing environment
- Hands-on mentality
- Experience in dealing with WordPress Elementor
- Independent, structured and autonomous work
- Solution-oriented action
- Enjoy working with numbers, online marketing data & performance analysis
- High customer & service orientation and organizational skills
- Communication skills and a sense of responsibility
- Confident & winning demeanor in cooperation with customers & partners
- Driver's license advantageous

Depending on the level, a gross annual salary of EUR 38,500 is envisaged for the advertised position for full-time employment. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a corresponding overpayment is possible.
